GENERAL QUESTIONS

HOW DO I BUY AT INDIANDCOLD.COM?
1.   Choose the category (garment type).
2.   Display the article(s) that interest you. With a click you will enter the article data sheet where you will see photographs, colours, available sizes, the price and other details.
3.   Select the colour and size and add to the shopping cart. Next, you can choose to keep buying or place the order.
** If you have a customer account (or want to create one), remember to log in before proceeding to the payment of the order so that the purchase is registered in the "my orders" panel.
4.   If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to place the order you can process it as a guest or register yourself as user.Once you have entered your personal data, check that it is correct and press “pay” to complete the payment.

6.   You will receive an “order receipt” confirmation email.
7.   Once the order has been sent you will receive a “delivery confirmation” email with the tracking number.

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email in the Newsletter section on the website. You will receive the latest novelties, lookbooks, promotions and events of indiandcold.com. There’s no need to be registered as a client to be subscribed to our newsletter.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME ARTICLE I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes, except for articles with handcrafted processes in which there may be a minimal difference in the finish.

I LIKE AN ARTICLE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. ARE YOU GOING TO STOCK IT AGAIN?
You can subscribe to the availability alert directly on the product page for customer returns. You can also send us an email at hola@indiandcold.com indicating the reference, size and colour, and we will do our best to bring it back!
WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ARTICLE?
Indiandcold.com only sells goods in perfect conditions, if exceptionally you receive a garment with any defect, contact us at hola@indiandcold.com We will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT MUST I DO IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ARTICLE?
If on any occasion you were to receive an article you have not ordered, please contact us at hola@indiandcold.com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.

ORDERS

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN PROPERLY COMPLETED?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email at the address you have introduced during the checkout to confirm that we have received your order within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us writing to: hola@indiandcold.com

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW DO I USE IT?
If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before making payment. Make sure you enter you code in the right box and press the “apply code” button to apply it.
Always check the terms and conditions the discount code you are willing to use.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE TO COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?

We accept local payement methods.

 

WHY WAS MY CARD REJECTED?
Your card may be rejected for different reasons:
1.   Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Please double check it.
2.   The card may have expired. Please check the expiry date.
3.   For any other reason, please check directly with your bank advisor.

SHIPPING

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can receive it at your home, at your work, or wherever you prefer, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming that it is on its way.
HOW CAN I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

In the shipping confirmation email you will be given a tracking number of the shipment for the courier company with which you can check the status of your delivery.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during discount periods and for reasons beyond INDI&COLD's control, such as strikes or shipping incidents.

RETURNS

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE TO MAKE A RETURN?

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO RETURN AN ITEM?

1.  Request your return pick up through our Return Portal on the following url: http://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQxL

2. Enter your Order ID and email used in the purchase and follow the indicated instructions.
3.  Indicate the applicable items to be returned and the quantity thereof and select the applicable method of returning the product (if different options are available).
4.  A return Product authorization ("RMA") number will be provided to you (through the portal (if applicable) and via e-mail) and, if applicable, a return shipment label will be generated.
5.  Once the articles have been received by INDI & COLD and once it has checked their perfect condition, it will make the refund using the same means of payment as the client used to pay for the purchase. This refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of fourteen (14) working days.

 
The article returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used or dirty for reasons imputable to the client will not be refunded and will be placed at the disposal of the sender freight payable on delivery or the article will remain at the client's disposal to be removed within a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days. In any event, INDI & COLD shall not accept any liability whatsoever for the custody or deposit of the article during the time it remains on its premises.

INDI & COLD reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition, with all tags and accessories), you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be refunded in a few days. You will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?

We are very sorry for this mistake. Please contact us at hola@indiandcold.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Items purchased on indiandcold.com can only be exchanged in our stores, provided the exchange is for a different size or color of the same item, the price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition, and we have stock in the store.

Otherwise, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
