Shipping policy

You can choose to receive your order at home or at your workplace.

Delivery times are counted from the moment the package leaves our logistics centre and depend on the destination (working days only).

When you receive the item you have purchased from www.indiandcold.com, you must check that it conforms to the one you ordered, is in perfect condition and has not been damaged during transport.

If you detect any incident of this type, you must inform us within 24 hours after receiving the item by sending an e-mail to hola@indiandcold.com, including your personal details, the order number and a description of the incident or problem with the item(s) received. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a solution.

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days after receiving notification that your order has been dispatched, please do not hesitate to inform us at hola@indiandcold.com so we can revise the situation and provide you a solution.

In the event that you receive a faulty item or a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item by sending an e-mail to hola@indiandcold.com and we will inform you of the steps to be taken to resolve the incident.

 The prices of the products offered through our website can be displayed on almost every currency, being the local currency shown as default. 

Exceptionally some countries may not include all customs duties & taxes in which case the user will always be informed before the payment is required. The prices do not include shipping costs, the amount of which, if applicable, must be added to the amount of each product and which in any event will be shown on the purchase summary, on the order review screen, before making payment.
